Tom Yum Soup was just the starter. My thirteen year old (Jordan) and ten year old (Maya) made us a three course dinner tonight. Let's just say the kids taught me something new from a menu perspective. Tom Yum Soup, Lamb ribs in oregano and smoked paprika, a salad and apple crumble. Mom got her special fish dish to replace the lamb, as she is a pescatarian.
I was happy to abandon my low carb eating plan to accommodate the apple crumble. The food was cooked with love, so how could it be bad for me?
