Chomba asked a very good question. Where is the Tandoori in this Lamb? This recipe is literally called Tandoori Lamb Racks and I first made it from the book Reza's Indian Spice by Reza Mahammad. The kids put it together last night, and as usual it was a three course meal.
It always impresses me when Maya and Jordan cook. They are so adventurous and prepare meals which are labour intensive, making for a meal that is out of this world. I always love how they will apologise for having Carbs in their meals. Being on a low carb eating plan, they don't want to mess with my rhythm.
I always tell them I would rather eat Carbs that they cook with love, than a low carb meal where they were limited in approach and more box ticking than creating anything that inspires them.
