British Airways Mobile App Is Disappointing

British Airways seem to not be bothered by their mobile app for Android providing a miserable customer experience. I have patiently waited for the bugs to be fixed since the recent change to the app (a matter of months), but either I have a unique problem limited to my Samsung S4, or British Airways frequent flyers do not use the app.

I can't remember when last I was able to check in on my phone. I previously did that all the time. In fact, I even used to book my tickets via my mobile phone. I took a screenshot of the error message I got. To make matters worse, I am booked for three more roundtrips from Cape Town to Johannesburg until 24th July, and my bookings that at upcoming are blank according to this view.

It makes me wonder why British Airways have even bothered with the app. Take it off the shelves at least, it would serve the BA brand better.

Thank goodness I can still use Google Now as a work around. I have checked in on my phone via that route but since I like my homescreens clean, I will be deleting this BA app that doesn't seem to work at all.
