I like TED, and I believe in their "Ideas Worth Spreading" approach! The question "Why" can sometimes irritate people when you ask it of them in order to understand. Simon Sinek is awesome here, and albeit from 2010, this is still relevant. Why do you do what you do?
I believe that it is important to have at least one person around you that believes in you!
