"Just because we think that it's so, doesn't make it so" ~ Daniel Levitin. It is interesting to see how people's brains have them convinced that they can multitask. The evidence, based on neuroscience, says that male or female, we are less productive when we multitask.
'The Organized Mind' by Daniel J. Levitin is a book I recently ordered from Amazon. Our minds were designed to succeed in an environment utterly unlike the information overload we now face. It promises to be a good read and point of view judging by the interview I heard by Chris Hill of The Motley Fool. (The interview is about 22 minutes into the episode as per the link).
