The start of a new year is always a great time to think about what we want to see happen in the coming year, and to resolve to pursue those objectives more actively. If you have been feeling torn between resolutions to exercise more and to be a better working parent or spouse, then this should come as great news: You can do both. Here’s to your success and happiness in 2014.
I have been fortunate enough to end the year off in a rhythm of regular exercise. The challenge will begin next week when i get back to work and travel routines as to how I fit it all in. Reading this article by Russell Clayton, it's in my best interest, as well as that of my family, to keep on with the regular exercise plan. I have kept it simple, a very brisk walk covering anything from four and a half to seven and a half kilometres. You've got to choose something you enjoy, otherwise you are on a road to nowhere.
