Tim Cook at Apple as head seems to talk more to great offerings Apple will bring to the market, than brag about features of what offering Apple has brought to the market. It is a disappointing attribute which did not strike me as one of his qualities.
I am used to Apple delivering, and showing off what they have. They would get so busy talking about what is, very little would be said about what will be.
Since Tim Cook took charge, I have heard more about this "something great" that is coming out of Apple and have yet to see it. He has not even hinted at what this greatness is.
Is Tim Cook managing expectations? I couldn't help but notice that even now as the China Mobile deal is being celebrated, he brought up the "expect something big" card again.
