Food, travel, career and social matters with a twist of politics as one would have in any lifestyle. I am not going to focus on the negative, although I will illuminate what is of concern in my opinion.

Will Smith and Gary Barlow Do 'The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air' Rap
I enjoyed this clip from the Graham Norton Show.This goes to show how easy and fun life can be if you don't take yourself too seriously and go with the flow. Too often the concern of "what will people think" can limit you from just plain right enjoying yourself. I love the way that Will just climbs into this and plays along, and the audience does not hold back but just participates fully. This is engagement!
